If your tracker controller does not sync data make sure you are following the steps below:


  1. Do you have Micro SD card in the controller?
  2. Switch off controller and node (No lights should appear on both)
  3. Turn on the node, blue light should flicker
  4. Turn on controller , Green lights on top should fliker
  5. Press start recording button, controller should have a bright red light and node blue light should stop blinking.
  6. Keep controller in recording mode for at least 5 minutes and keep node next to it.
  7. After 5 minutes, press stop recording button, red light should switch off and node should have blue blinking light again.
  8. Switch off the node and controller
  9. Switch on the controller and try SYNC though the app
  10. You should see the progress % after you have pressed sync
  11. Once synced you will get a message that the data has been uploaded to the portal
