Every horse has very different stride. Hence it is important to calibrate the trackers if you think that the gait pattern isn't as expected. Use steps below the calibrate the tracker.
1) Start recording riding session on following format. All below steps should be done for 1 minute each and as steady as possible for the best calibration effect
* Halt - Walk - Halt - Trot - Halt - Canter - Halt
Note: No other riding session should be mixed with the calibration session.
2) Sync the data from the controller to the Portal
3) When assigning data select "Calibrating"
Next time all your riding sessions will be based on this calibration. You can calibrate as many times as you like to make it more and more accurate.
You can switch between difference calibrations from the "Manage Profile" screen
