Steps to troubleshoot
1) When you connect the charging lead, does the charging light come up?
2) Did you try using another Micro Usb charging cable?
3) How are you trying to charge it, from laptop or mains? Mat only charges on laptop charging or UK standard charging voltage.
4) If you see the charging light, try turning the switch on and see all lights blinking.
5) Use mobile app and try connecting to the mat.
6) Keep it charging for approximately 2 hours
Charge harmony mat using the USB charging cable provided.
1. Switch off the mat while charging
2. Charging light will remain on while the mat is charging
3. Red light should switch off when the charging is complete
