Sync takes a long time to upload via mobile because of the amount of data captured in Recording mode. 

Quickest and most efficient way is to use the Card reader and transfer it on the portal.

To upload the log file from MyEstride portal follow the steps below:

1) Remove SD card from the Mat controller box. Use the pull-out pin provided. Use the U-side of the pin to push the SD card inside gently and the card should pop out.

2) Put the card in the card reader

3) Plug the card reader in the computer

4) Visit to www.MyEstride.com and login using your credentials

5) Go to Harmony -> Recordings section on the left hand side

6) Click "Upload Harmony Log"

7) Select HarmonyLog.txt file from the SD card.
